We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking cookies.

For services based in the United States, data transfers are covered by their compliance with applicable EU-US data transfer frameworks. We select services that maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

When you delete your account, your profile data, messages, and flames are removed. Projects you own must be deleted or transferred before account deletion.

TeamFormer is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via the platform. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
